Division Addrus <br />The amendment also updates the Division's mailing addrus, which was dtanged on October 1, 1992. <br />1/. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PUNS <br />A Stormwatcr Management Plan (SDVMP) shall be dcveloped aril implememtd jot each site rovered by this permit. The plan <br />shall identify potential source of pollution (ncluding stdimem) which may reasonably be arpcatd to affect tht quality of <br />stormwater discharge associated with mining operations. In addition, the plan shall ducribe the but managtment <br />practice (BMPs) which will be used to reduce the polfruanu in storrnwater disdwrge from the mining opeation. <br />In the areas of roal mining which are not directly regulated by ejjluem limitations, site stormwater discharge may not be <br />effectively romrolled. Some of the discharger arc autsidc the roverage of the diversion ditdtu and sedimemation ponds <br />required under the facility's Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board permit.
