Referral Comments <br />Comments received as a result of the referral process are as follows: <br />Arapahoe County: <br />Engineering -Recommends this case favorably subject to the <br />conditions lisled within this staff report. <br />Mapping -Submits minor technical comments that need to be <br />resolved as part of the condition of approval. <br />County Attorney -States the application must comply with the reclamation <br />plan and provide security. The applicant is working with <br />the CDMG for all necessary permits and the approval is <br />conditioned to require compliance. <br />Zoning - A number of technical comments that have been <br />addressed in the curcent revision or in the body of this <br />report. <br />Weed Inspector - Has a number of technical comments that the applicant <br />has agreed to address. <br />west Arapahoe Soil Conservation District -Submitted comments relating to mining activity without <br />agricultural production. Since only a small portion of the <br />property is effected by mining atone time, the concerns <br />have largely been addressed. See the Regulatory <br />Section of this staff report for more tletailS. <br />Tri-County Health Department -Submits requirements for a fugitive dust control plan, a <br />CDPS Sand and Gravel Mining Permit by the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment and a <br />permit from the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (may be required.) See the Regulatory Section <br />of this report for details. <br />Urban Drainage - Has a number of technical comments that are being <br />worked out with Engineering. <br />Army Carp of Engineering - Submits the parameters for a Section 404 permit. The <br />proposal does not effect the Box Elder Creek drainage <br />and the mining area requires a 50 foot setback fmm the <br />embankment. <br />Bennett Fire District - No comments <br />
