They affirm their ownership of the mineral rights and their plans not to <br />mine the lignite deposit. The Energy Resources of the Denver and Cheyenne Basins, <br />Colorado by Robert M. Kirkham and L.R. Ladwig, 1980 was reviewed by the applicants <br />as suggested by the Colorado Geologic Survey. The document indiptes that there is a <br />high development potential for this deposif in fhe Denver Basin. it was noted that this <br />document was produced in the late '70's during the energy crisis and the authors were <br />anticipating extensive mining activity in the next 10 to 20 years.
