After the area has been <br />recontoured and all surface structures removed, topsoil will be <br />spread. <br />3.1.6 Munger Creek Relocation Final Configuration <br />The culverts in the Munger Creek channel will be removed and the <br />area will be graded to conform with the channel cross-section <br />shown on Figure 2.3-2.25. The botom of the channel will be rip- <br />rapped and the side slopes seeded. <br />3.1.7 Fresh Water Ponds <br />• The fresh water ponds will be recontoured, all surface structures <br />removed, and topsoil will be spread. <br />3.1.8 Reclaim Stockpile Pad <br />As noted earlier in this section, prior to topsoiling of the <br />refuse area, coals material will be removed from the coal <br />stockpile area and deposited on the refuse area.
