3-18 <br />3.5 ABANDONMENT <br />i <br />3.5.1 Removal of Surface Structures <br />As stated in the original permit, C-020-80, all signs of the <br />operation will be removed as part of the overall reclamation <br />effort. <br />3.5.2 Prevention of Public Hazard <br />All structures will be removed, all ponds backfilled and all <br />efforts made to guarantee the absence of public hazards. See also <br />Section 3.7.2 of the original Munger Canyon submittal. <br />• 3.5.3 Sealing of Wells and Drill Holes <br />All wells and remaining drillholes will be reclaimed to the <br />specifications of the Colorado Mining and Reclamation Rules and <br />Regulations, 4.07. <br />3.5.4 Reclamation Schedule and Costs <br />Reclamation will proceed as indicated in Tables 3.1-25 with <br />estimated costs shown in Table 3.1-15.
