N M <br />The anticipated time period to complete each phase of the mining <br />• plan should average four years. This would deplete the gravel at the <br />site in approximately sixteen years. <br />The depth of the natural sand and gravel is believed to be <br />greater than eighteen feet. Gravel has been removed to a depth of <br />fifteen feet in the existing pit. The material beneath the sand and <br />gravel is Mancos Shale. <br />During the crushing operation, haul roads will be maintained ,with <br />water trucks to keep dust to a minimum. The crushing equipment it ;elf <br />is equipped with spray bars to keep dust to a minimum in accordance <br />with the regulations established by the Colorado Department of Health. <br />A copy of our crusher Emission Permit is attached. <br />L9e plan to operate a portable asphalt plant on the site on a <br />temporary basis. Our asphalt plant emission complies with the standards <br />established by the Colorado Department of Health. A copy of the Emission <br />Permit is attached. <br />• <br />• <br />
