AST 1's general <br />area is not sufficiently illuminated for nighttime operations, but due to the rural location, <br />adequate fencing, and use of locks, the potential for an unattended spill is minimized. <br />Consideration was given to discovering spills at night and preventing spills occurring <br />through vandalism.
