The existing diversion channel <br />north of the refuse area will serve as a collection channel, <br />whereas the existing channel located south of the final <br />refuse disposal plan will remain as a permanent diversion <br />channel. Hydrologic and hydraulic design criteria for these <br />channels has been presented in Section 4.0 of this report. <br />Initially, the perimeter and temporary channels will be con- <br />structed as shown on Drawing No. MG-R-C-002.
