General Description of Plan. This plan of augmenta- <br />tion is intended to provide a substitute supply to compensate <br />senior appropriators for depletions, if any, resulting from the <br />surface mining operation and associated water use set forth in <br />the application for water right above. The substitute supply <br />will be provided through the surface water rights of the appli- <br />cant known as the Synthetic Products Ditch right, adjudicated <br />in Case No. W-1278, September 1, 1960, 4fater Division No. 6. <br />2. Detailed description.
