As mining <br />continues throughcut the life of the mine, pumping From the <br />pit areas will occur at various points in Townships 5 and 6 <br />N, Ranges 90 anC 91 W, 6th P.M, The maps attacheC as <br />Exhibits A one B hereto, and incorporated by this rerer- <br />ence, more clearly describe the general location and the <br />progression of the mining plan. All points lie on land <br />owned or held under State and private leases by Utah Inter- <br />national Inc. <br />The initial point of diversion, as set forth in the origi- <br />nal application herein, is as follows: <br />SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 32; Township 6 N, Range <br />91 W, and at a point in the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Sec- <br />tion 5, Township 5 N, Range 90 W, and at various <br />points in between. <br />The alternate point or points of diversion will be at vari- <br />ous locations in the mining area, and will vary from time <br />to time, throughout the life of the mine. Such alternate <br />points rill be within the mining area in Townships 5 and 6 <br />N, Ranges 90 and 91 W, 6th P.td. as more fully shown on <br />Exhibit 8 hereto. <br />4, This well (open pit coal mine) is located in the watershed <br />of the Yampa River.
