•) Section 816.72 (continued) Revised 1/24/80
As a consequence of the relocated boxcut and its
ancillary spoil location, EFC, while intending to
reclaim the C-16284 area as permitted, expects that
some minor adjustment in the reclamation plan may be
appropriate. An on-site meeting is scheduled with the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division in January or
February, 1960, to assess the significance of the
boxcut relocation and the handling of related spoil
material. This commentary is included so that the
existing reclamation plan may be adjusted to reflect
• the relocation of the boxcut.
1
On January 18, 1980, EFC received a new map of the
C-16284 area which was drawn from information obtained
from aerial photos taken in October of 1978. EFC had
been waiting for this map to calculate volumes of spoil
to be moved so that reclamation procedures could be
initiated. The topography information from this 1" _
200' scale map is presently being put onto the computer
data base so that volumes can be calculated and gross
sections drawn.
With the aid of this new map, however, it has been
possible to develop a revised reclamation scheme.
