• UNDERGROUND DEVELOPMENT WASTE - RULE 2.05.3(9) <br />As indicated on the Reclamation Plan Map (Map 1), the relocation of the <br />North Fork of the Gunnison River will not affect the existing waste <br />pile. Bear Coal Company plans to Teave the waste pile in the same <br />location as indicated on Map 1. Reclamation of the pile will involve <br />covering the spoils with six inches of topsoil and reseeding with a <br />permanent seed mix as indicated on Table 1, Proposed Seed Mixes. The <br />existing waste pile has not been used since August 3 of 1977. Since <br />that time, all underground development waste has been hauled to a nearby <br />landfill. <br />• <br />LJ <br />-3- <br />
