<br />Phase II July 2001-July 2003 <br />Phase III & IV Aug 2003-July 2005 <br />Phase III & V Aug 2005-July 2007 <br />Phase VI Aug 2007-Dec 2008 <br />Phase VII Jan 2009-Dec 2010 <br />Phase VIII Jan 2011-Dec 2012 <br />Phase IX Jan 3013-Dec 2014 <br />Reclamation of each mining Phase will be completed with 18 months after completion of the <br />mining of the phase. This will allow two growing seasons to establish vegetation. Grading and <br />backfilling of slopes will be done dtuing the mining operation of the each Phase. <br />10. Phase D{(Processing Site) will be [Wined in two phases. Approximately one half of this Phase <br />will be mined, processed and stockpiled on the unnrined portion of the Phase. After the <br />processed material has been removed, the remaining half of the Phase will be mined and <br />hauled to an offsite location. <br />11. The Reclamation Plan map has been revised to show the second island requested by the <br />Division of Wildlife. <br />12. The constructed wetlands benches have slopes across the bench of approximately one percent. <br />The anticipated water depth will not be much greater than 10 feet, which makes changing the <br />slopes from 3:1 to 2:1 ten feet below the water level difficult. <br />13. The site lies within the floodplain and has been identified as an F 1 deposit by The Mineral <br />Resource Inventory of Mesa County which encourages the removal of the deposits. Several <br />old gravel pit are located within a short distance of the site, Walker Wildlife azea and the <br />DuPont property to name a few. No State land use plans are known. <br />14. No hazardous materials will be stored at the site. Fuel tanks will be bermed to provide <br />secondary containment. <br />15. The location of the springs have been located on the Mining and Reclamation Plan maps. No <br />information quantity of quality of the springs is known. The mining will be conducted below <br />the elevation of the springs and will not affect them. <br />16. A well permit has been obtained, enclosed. A Discharge Permit will be applied for prior to any <br />dschazge. <br />17. See letter from U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to the Corps of Engineers dated April 18, 1999 <br />which stated "not likely to affect" bald eagle habitat. <br />18. The following are endangered species listed by the Fish and Wildlife Service: <br />Colorado pikeminnow(formerly squaw~sh) <br />Razorback sucker <br />Humpbach and bonytail chub <br />
