Item no. 9 of the application is revised to show the southwest quarter. <br />3. Exhibit M is revised to shown that local government approval has been applied for. <br />4. Any topsoil to remain in stockpile for more than one yeaz will be seeded with the reclamation <br />seed mix. <br />5. The only foundation required will be for the wash plant which requires four 5' X 5' X 1' pads. <br />These can be removed in one hour with a front end loader and a tandem dung truck. <br />6. Enclosed is a copy of Well Permit No. 051586-F for the Soaring Eagle Gravel Pit which lists <br />the amount of water to be consumed. The gravel pit is located in a reach of the Colorado <br />Rivet where water is available for appropriation, there for no augmentation is necessary. <br />Highwall reduction will be accomplished by backfilling with excess overburden. The over- <br />burden will be compacted using conventional equipment. <br />8. The slopes are to be constructed with overburden and then covered with six inches of topsoil. <br />9.
