This roadway will be retained in its <br />current configuration at the lower facility area. This roadway will have a <br />maximum road width of 20 feet to enable semi-truck traffic to the lower <br />office and truck scale. Culverts to be retained in association with this <br />road include: TA-19, TA-16, and TA-7. This road will be maintained in <br />accordance with Rule 4.03.3 of the CMLRB Rules and Regulations. <br />The Old Tipple Road will be a light use road and has been requested <br />to be left intact by the surface owner of the property. The road has been <br />requested by the surface owner to be left to allow access the lower portion <br />~ of the surface owner's property. A copy of the surface owner's request is <br />provided as Appendix 3.7-E. A profile of this roadway is shown on Exhibit <br />• 3.5-20. Culverts to be retained in association with this road include: TA- <br />TR-35 3.5-6b July 21, 1997 <br />
