Seed will be incorporated with this material <br />at the recommended rate of 8.81bs/acre of Pure Live Seed (PLS). <br />6.3.4(1)(c)(iii) Species to be planted; quantities in pounds of Pure Live Seed (PLS) <br />The grass and shrub species recommended by White River National Forest' for reclamation <br />aze as follows (common names): <br />Grasses: Slender wheat <br />Climax Timothy <br />Smooth brome <br />Sheep fescue <br />Western wheat <br />Shrubs: Gambel oak <br />Servicebetry <br />Mountain mahogany <br />Snowberry <br />The Forest Service has not yet provided a speciSc mixture in terms of pounds per acre or <br />number of shrubs per acre. <br />6.3.4(1)(c)(iv) Application method for grass and forb seeding <br />Seed will be applied by seed drill in the Main Yazd azea southwest of FDR 310 and <br />appropriate azeas of the mine area northeast of FDR 310 immediately after redistribution of <br />topsoil. Small areas and azeas of steep slopes will be reseeded by hand broadcasting at two <br />times the rate recommended by the Forest Service. <br />6.3.4(1)(c)(v) Type, crimping method, application method for mulching <br />Mulching has not been recommended by White River National Forest.
