MR-22 proposed approval decision was issued June 20, 1994. The revision allowed for a temporary ramp <br /> access road from the Cameo Borrow Area No. 2 (CBA-2), onto the CRDA-I. The temporary road has since <br /> been reclaimed. <br /> MR-23 proposed approval with conditions was issued August 29, 1994. The revision updated ownership and <br /> control information. The condition attached was Stipulation 13, addressed in the previous section of this <br /> document. <br /> MR-24 was withdrawn on December 8, 1994. Changes originally proposed in MR-24 were resubmitted, with <br /> some changes, in TR-20. <br /> MR-25 proposed approval decision was issued January 13, 1995. The revision incorporated a rill and gully <br /> plan which includes the requirement for annual rill and gully inspection. Seeding time frames for drill seeding <br /> and hydro or broadcast seeding were also specified in the revision. <br /> MR-26 proposed approval decision was issued January 6, 1995. The revision allowed for addition of a <br /> concrete pad fuel island for surface storage tanks at the North Portal Area, and a baghouse for dust control at <br /> Conveyor Transfer No. 2. <br /> MR-27 proposed approval decision was issued February 2, 1995. The revision allowed for a 5000 gallon fuel <br /> tank within a dirt bermed spill containment area near the guard shack at the Roadside North Facilities Area. <br /> MR-28 proposed approval decision was issued May 23, 1997. The revision set forth a drilling plan for more <br /> detailed hydrologic characterization of the Rollins Sandstone within the permit area. <br /> MR-29 proposed approval decision was issued June 5, 1997. The revision allowed for installation of two <br /> double walled fire resistant fuel tanks in the South Portal disturbance area;one at the existing RSS fuel island <br /> and one in the vicinity of the preparation plant. <br /> MR-30 proposed approval decision was issued December 22, 1997. The revision allowed for <br /> modification to existing coal handling facilities at the Roadside North Portal,including a new conveyor <br /> segment and a stacker tube to handle high ash coal. <br /> MR-31 proposed approval decision was issued October 27, 1998. The revision allowed the operator to <br /> establish a Cameo"C" Seam exploratory mine plan to evaluate the feasibility of full scale of the"C" <br /> Seam within the approved permit area. <br /> MR-32 proposed approval decision was issued November 25, 1998. The revision allowed for re- <br /> orientation of the"C"seam exploration mine workings. <br /> MR-33 proposed approval decision was issued December 3, 1998. The revision allowed for relocation <br /> of a segment of the Town of Palisade Waterline,within a portion of the Roadside South Mine facilities <br /> area,adjacent to Pond 9,and the toe of the Roadside Refuse Disposal Area. <br /> MR-34 approval decision was issued December 3, 1998. The revision allowed for Elam Construction <br /> to conduct gravel prospecting operations within a portion of the permit area near the Unit Train <br /> Loadout. Several holes were drilled using a truck mounted auger. <br /> 9 <br />
