TR-23, submitted July 16, 1997, was withdrawn by letter of September 4, 1997. The revision was <br /> replaced by an application for Succession of Operators(SO-1). <br /> TR-24 proposed approval decision was issued January 12, 1998. The revision addressed design <br /> modifications to the CRDA-2 upper diversion ditch,and was submitted in response to NOV CV-97-016. <br /> TR-25 proposed approval decision was issued July 29, 1998. The revision modified the Identification <br /> of Interests section of the permit, to reflect the resignation of Larry Zalkin as an officer of Quaker <br /> Western Coal Company and its affiliates. The approval decision included termination of Stipulation <br /> 15. <br /> TR-26 proposed approval decision was issued October 21, 1998. The revision addressed modifications <br /> to a disturbed area drainage ditch in the vicinity of the guard shack at the Roadside South Portals <br /> facility area. <br /> TR-27 proposed approval decision was issued April 7, 1999. The revision provided amended plans, <br /> certifications and designs in response to PR-02 Stipulations 16, 17, 18, 19,20,21,and 22. <br /> TR-28 proposed approval decision was issued August 19, 1999. The revision eliminated the <br /> requirement for monitoring upstream sites on Jerry Creek and Coal Creek, and also eliminated the <br /> requirement to monitor the upper-most site on Cottonwood Creek(SWGS-05). <br /> TR-29 proposed approval decision was issued June 29, 1999. The revision allowed for mining of the <br /> Cameo"C"Seam,within portions of the previously approved permit area. Prior operations at the mine <br /> had extracted the"B" Seam. <br /> TR-30 proposed approval decision was issued September 16, 1999. The revision revised the water <br /> handling and detention plan for the Roadside North Portal mine, and was submitted in response to <br /> NOV CV-99-007,which had been issued for a TSS exceedance at Discharge Point 004. <br /> TR-31 proposed approval decision was issued December 7, 1999. The revision entailed incidental <br /> permit boundary revisions, and modified certain disturbed area boundaries based on a joint <br /> DMG/OSM "Land Disturbances"special focus inspection. <br /> Minor Revisions <br /> MR-18 proposed approval decision was issued July 23, 1993. The revision updated certain information <br /> regarding surface and subsurface ownership within and adjacent to the permit area. <br /> MR-19 proposed approval decision was issued November 26, 1993. The revision updated ownership and <br /> control information to reflect changes in the corporate management structure between Powderhom Coal <br /> Company and Peabody Holding Company. <br /> MR-20 proposed approval decision was issued May 16, 1994. The revision addressed the name change for <br /> the mine, from "Roadside and Cameo Mines"to"Roadside North and South Portals". <br /> MR-21 proposed approval decision was issued June 24, 1994. The revision addressed revegetation <br /> specifications for the lower benches ofCRDA-1 and CRDA-2. <br /> 8 <br />
