Certif'i®tion of SWMP Completion and Implaneahtion For active mining operations, t~dcting on October 1, 1992, the pecmittee ahaB have implemented and be in compliance with their SWMP, as soon as possible but no later than the aaniverary date of their Mined Lend Reclamation permit that fills between July 1, 1993 and June 30, 1994. Certifiatioa to this effau mrst be received by the Division on or beforo that date.
