Types of Activities Covered by this Peewit: <br />1) This permit authorizes all saw and existing discharges composed entirely of stotmwata associated with <br />active and inactive metal mining operation. (See Rationale, Bettina III for an eaplaaatioa of exemptions <br />for uncoatamiaated stormwater sad recLimed mines.) <br />2) This permit may also temporarily authorize existing discharges composed entirely of stotmwater from my <br />mining operation that is currently covered by as iadividval CDPS permit for discharge of prates water. <br />3. Amolitation.
