The Reorganized <br />Debtors' objections to claims (the "Claim Objections") filed by <br />the Combined Fund and 1992 Plan, in which claims the Combin~~d Fund <br />and the 1992 Plan asserted claims totalling $20 million and $30 <br />million respectively. On February 19, 1993, the Court entered an <br />Order Estimating the Claims of UMWA Combined Benefit Fund a:nd of <br />1992 UMWA Benefit Plan Pursuant to Motions dated January 26, 1993 <br />(the "Estimation Order"), in which the Bankruptcy Court estimated <br />the priority claims of the Combined Fund and the 1992 Plan st $0. <br />c. A~oeals. The Combined Fund and 1992 Plan's <br />appeals of a number of this Court's and the District Court's <br />Orders, as follows. <br />(1) The Combined Fund and the 1992 Plan <br />have appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth <br />Circuit (the "Tenth Circuit") the District Court's dismissal for <br />mootness (reported at 169 B.R. 984 (D. Utah 1994)) of the C~~mbined <br />Fund and 1992 Plan's appeals of the Confirmation Order and ~~f this <br />Court's Order entered on December 17, 1992 (1) Approving Motion <br />Dated 12/1/92, (2) Fixing January 25, 1993 as the Bar Date for <br />Filing Claims by the United Mine Workers of America Combine•3 <br />4 <br />
