Entering the interior of the home, the entryway is carpeted. Enter into the large
living area, the kitchen to the right, the living room to the left. Rotating
clockwise through the home. The north wall is paneled; there is a large picture
window. Nothing of note; the window sill is in good shape. The ceiling is
textured drywall. Now to the west interior wall of the house. This wall contains
the fireplace, with large stone moss rock. There is no apparent cracking between
the mortar and any of the rock. There is a large wood stove in the fireplace. The
stone proceeds from the corner of the northeast corner of the room to
three-quarters of the way down the east wall. Continuing along the east wall,
there are two windows, one on each side of the chimney. They are small windows,
approximately 2 and 1/2 feet by 18 inches. There is a television obscuring a
portion of the wall. This entire room is paneled, carpeted, a drywalled ceiling.
Continuing into the hallway and entering the bedroom in the southeast corner of
the home. The floor is carpeted, the walls are painted wood paneling, the ceiling
is textured drywall. Portions of the room are obscured by a bed, a dresser,
various and sundry household items. There are a few cracks evident in the
paneling, cracks through the paint. They are all joints where pieces of paneling
are put together. An example of such will be Photo Number 20. Continuing now on
to the bedroom's south wall, drywall tape lines are evident where cracks have
developed the length of the wall, including in the ceiling where the drywall
joints come together. The room is freshly painted and the cracks are more
indentations than true cracking. Due to their nature and the darkness of the
room, there is no photo. There is no cracking above any of the corners of the
windows, closet or entryway door. Exiting back into the carpeted hallway and
entering the bathroom, which is on the south side of the house. The bathroom is
carpeted, drywalled ceiling. All of the walls are wallpapered. The tub has a
linoleum insert; no apparent cracking, no problems of any kind notable. The
caulking looks good along the sides of the bathtub. The vanity is fine; there are
no problems. There is electric baseboard heat. No apparent problems with any of
the baseboards. Now exiting the bathroom, back into the hallway and entering the
bedroom in the southwest corner of the house. The bedroom has a carpeted floor,
drywalled ceiling, painted drywalled walls. In this room, too, there is evidence
of drywall tape bubbling up, not true cracking, along this wall. On the south
wall, there is a window and there is a vertical crack extending from just above
the electric baseboard to the lower left corner of the window. This will be Photo
Number 21. Rotating to the west wall, the wall is paneled and corked. Now on to
the north wall. There is a closet which looks like it has been added on to the
room and is not completely finished. No apparent problems. No problems above the
doors of the closet or the entryway. Exiting this bedroom back into the hallway.
Here on the left, just outside the bedroom, is a closet. Nothing of note. The
hallway is wallpapered, carpeted floor, etc. Back into the hallway and now into
the kitchen, which has a carpeted floor and the walls are barnwood sided. No
apparent problems or cracking. The ceiling is textured drywall and shows some
bubbling, as though it is taking some weight in a couple of spots; nothing of
note, no real cracking. Exiting the kitchen into a foyer with a couch in it, and
also a pantry. The room is completely paneled, textured drywall ceiling, carpeted
floor, nothing of note. Now entering the utility room which has a tiled linoleum
floor, partially painted and partially wallpapered walls. Portions of the room
are obscured by the water heater, freezer, washer and dryer, a sink, shelves,
etc. There is a back door in this room. This side of the house, the small pantry
area and utility room, is an addition on this house. There is a little bit of
cracking along the contact between the addition and the original exterior.
