Rotating now onto the west wall, here a door exits out onto the patio. No
apparent cracking above the door or really anywhere along the door. This
concludes the inspection of the utility room. Back into the pantry room in the
foyer, nothing of note, and into the kitchen. ..Now.moving.along in the kitchen,
on the north wall, wallpapered and obscured by the stove, cabinetry, sink, etc.
Here a window above the sink, nothing of note. Now ascending the carpeted
stairway to the second level of the home. Facing the south wall and rotating
through this large room in a clockwise fashion. The room is carpeted, the walls
are paneled, the ceiling is textured drywall. Part of the room is a bedroom and
part of the room appears to be used as a family room, office. There is a window
here on the north wall, no cracking around the window. This north wall is painted
drywall. Continuing to the west wall which is painted drywall. Portions of the
wall are obscured by a dresser, a mirror, and a large VFR wall chart. Continuing
along the east wall, a gun cabinet obscures portions of the wall. Another window
on this wall. This wall is painted drywall. No cracking or apparent problems
around the window. Continuing along, there are a few portions where the tape
lines in the drywall are evident through the paint. Rotating now onto the north
wall. Portions of the wall are obscured by a dresser, a buffalo skin. Here a
window on this north wall, no apparent problems around it. There is a drywall
tape line evident above the middle of the window, nothing exceptional. Continuing
along, portions of this wall are obscured by a bookcase and now to the west wall
of this room. Now entering the upstairs, west side room, this west side of the
upstairs is split into two rooms, actually. This room is used as a craft room.
The floor is carpeted, the ceiling is textured drywall. Initially the wall is
paneled and then changes to painted drywall. There is a window here on this wall
with no apparent cracking or problems of any kind. There are drywall tape lines
evident below the lower right-hand corner of the window. Continuing along and on
to the west wall, here a window on this side of the house. No apparent cracking
around any of the corners here other than the occasional, visible drywall tape
line. No apparent problems. Here in this room is an entryway to the attic. Now
entering the room in the northwest corner of the upstairs. This room is largely
used for storage of all different kinds of leather. The floor is carpeted, the
ceiling is unfinished drywall. Rotating through this room, there is a window on
the north wall and a doorway to the north balcony. None of the walls are
finished in this room. No cracking or anything exceptional to note. This
concludes the inspection of this residence.
Respectfully submitted,
~~~ M -~
Colin M. Matheson
Field Representative
