<br />PCPC <br />Re: SUP No. 596 <br />June 17, 1997 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />The applicant will need to contact the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment, Water Quality Control Division to update the permit for current <br />responsible names and addresses and verify the standing of the discharge permits for <br />all the anticipated operations proposed for this site. Copies of any reauthorization or <br />amendment shall be filed with the Department of Planning and Development within 30 <br />days of their receipt by the applicant. <br />AIR QUALITY PERMIT <br />Valco received an Air Pollution Control Permit (85-PB-107 -parts 1 and 2) pertaining to <br />air emissions from the batch plant, extraction pit, and associated on-site roadways. <br />PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br />The applicant anticipates some additional warehouse facilities at the batch plant site to <br />accommodate the ancillary office functions, sales and storage requirements. An Off- <br />Street Parking Plan meeting the standards of Section 30 of the Zoning Resolution (refer <br />to 30(k) for plan detail) will need to be submitted, approved, and implemented prior to <br />authorization for a Certificate of Occupancy for any additional structures or activities. <br />SECTION 30 -OFF-STREET PARKING STANDARDS <br />(a) PURPOSE. These standards are designed to lessen congestion in the streets, <br />by requiring the owners and operators of land, structures and uses to provide off- <br />street parking for their residents, employees, customers, clients, patients, and <br />other visitors. However, nothing in these regulations shall be deemed to deprive <br />such owners or operators of the right to maintain control over all such land and <br />structures. The off-street parking requirements herein contained shall apply to <br />the following activities which occur after the enactment of these regulations: <br />newly constructed buildings and newly established land uses; <br />existing buildings which are expanded by an addition thereto; <br />change in land use which generates a need for an increase in the required <br />minimum of off-street parking spaces set forth in (b) below; and <br />expansion of a land use which generates a need for an increase in the required <br />minimum of off-street parking spaces as set forth in (b) below. <br />The regulations in this section shall apply to all parking spaces, lots, garages, buildings <br />or portions thereof to be provided in meeting the requirements of this Zoning <br />Resolution. <br />
