SUP No. 37 was approved March 24, 1966,
with two conditions:
1. That the Lakeshore resulting from excavation be progressively brought to a
safe and natural slope as the work progresses.
2. That the excavation process be limited to the area South of Booth Orchard
Ditch but the hatching plant process may be installed and maintained North of
the ditch.
Special Use Permit No. 46 was approved October 27, 1966, to allow extracting and
processing of rock, sand, and gravel without additional conditions.
Special Use Permit No. 230 was approved June 26, 1973, with four conditions:
1. Egress and ingress to site from Baxter Road must be approved by County
Road Commissioner.
2. Load limits to be determined by County Road Commissioner.
3. Completed excavations will leave banks sloped in a reasonable and safe
condition.
4. Operation hours are from dawn to dusk or in accordance with times of day
light hours as fixed by the U.S. Weather Bureau which ever affords greater
time.
Special Use Permit No. 281 was approved January 24, 1984, with four conditions:
1. Fountain Sand and Gravel Company be responsible for fugitive dust
emissions control on unpaved haul road and the unpaved portion of
Stockyard's Road.
