More detailed information can be found in the <br />Stipulation Resolution File and inspection reports dated November 8, 1983 and <br />November 29, 1983. <br />Stipulation 4 <br />NO CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMMENCE UNTIL FINAL CONSTRUCTION <br />DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DIVISION. <br />Status: Complied with September 21, 1984. This stipulation was added to the <br />permit document upon approval of a technical revision to reconstruct the mine <br />bench. The stipulation was considered complied with upon receipt of the final <br />construction drawings and specifications for the reconstruction of the portal bench. <br />For more information see the Permit Revisions file. <br />Stipulation 5 <br />THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT AN ACCEPTABLE MONITORING PROGRAM TO <br />THE DIVISION WITHIN 30 DAYS FOLLOWING APPROVAL OF THE REVISION. <br />THIS MONITORING PROGRAM SHALL INCLUDE BOTH SLOPE STABILITY <br />MONUMENTATION AND THE INSTALLATION AND MONITORING OF WATER <br />LEVEL PIEZOMETERS, IN ORDER TO VERIFY THE PORTAL BENCH'S STABILITY. <br />TWO PIEZOMETERS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THE BENCH SUBDRAIN TO ENABLE <br />COLLECTION AND FULLY ANALYSIS OF LEACHATE QUALITY TWO TIMES PER <br />YEAR. <br />Status: Complied with April 30, 1985.
