• ~ge 9
June 18, 1985
Sand Pit
C. Farrell
year when few changes have occurred can become very costly. A
completely new map each year for each operation could easily cost as
much as $15,000, per operation. Instead we either draw on old maps that
are still reasonably accurate or if changes are insignificant we do not
send a map at all. This process makes the cost of the annual reports
about 1/20th what it would be with all new maps each year.
If this is no longer the policy of the Division or the Board please
inform us of such so we can take appropriate action, (e.g., change the
law).
If you wish to further discuss any of our responses, please call so we
may meet with you to resolve any last minute differences.
Respectfully,
Mark A.
