Access will be via <br />existing roads or on the ROW itself. The proposed access roads to be used during <br />construction are shown on Figure 3-1. <br />BLM-administered roads to be used during. pipeline construction include <br />Sprague Gulch Road, which may be used to access the upper portions of the <br />pipeline along Barnes Ridge south to Davis Point, and BLM roads in the vicinity <br />of the Greasewood Compressor Station that will be used to access the upper end <br />of Hatch Gulch <br />Some existing roads, including the Sprague Gulch Road, may require repair or <br />improvement before use. Any road repair that cuts new ground will be subject <br />to prior approval by the BLM. American Soda will coordinate the use of public <br />roads with appropriate agencies and permittees and the use of private roads with <br />landowners.
