Road past Pond F from CR #27
This road was originally permitted under the CYCC permit as
Access Road F. It needs a relevant showing as described by Rule
4 .03 .2 (1) (f) (ii) and needs named and labeled on a map.
EMD Dewatering Pad Road
This road needs a P.E. certification as per the Policy
Memorandum and according to Rule 4 .03 .2 (1) (f) (i) for access
roads.
Rock Dust Tank Access Road
This pre-1995 access road needs labeling on a map and a
relevant showing as described by Rule 4 .03 .2 (1) (f) (ii) .
Explosives Area Access Road
This road was originally permitted under the CYCC permit as
Access Road G. It needs labeled on a map and a relevant
showing as described by Rule 4 .03 .2 (1) (f) (ii) .
Fish Creek Tipple Access Road
The present inactive status of this area would likely indicate
that the road leading to the Fish Creek Tipple is an access
road. This road needs a relevant showing as described by Rule
4 .03 .2 (1) (f) (ii) and needs named and labeled on a map.
CYCC Office Access Road
This road was originally permitted under the CYCC permit as
Access Road X. It needs labeled on a map and a relevant
showing as described by Rule 4 .03 .2 (1) (f) (ii) .
Three other sections of road identified are the Fish Creek
Borehole Road, the road to the North Escape Shaft, and the Rail
Loop Access Road. The classification of these roads is
somewhat unclear at this time. TCC should make a decision as
to the use of these roads, which would appear to be a choice
between access and light-use. If any or all of these roads are
to be access roads, a relevant showing will need to be
submitted and regardless of classification, the roads need
named and labeled on a map.
6. The Division has reviewed the Confidential Appendix - Table of
Contents, and has the following comments.
a) In Exhibit 1 - Resource Recovery and Protection Plan,
Table 4 should be included from PR-02, Southwest Mining
District
-15-
