Haulroad C as
labeled on Map 24 of the Foidel Creek mine permit connects
Haulroads A and B north of Foidel Creek. This section of
haulroad needs a relevant showing as described by Rule
4 .03 .1 (1) (d) (ii) .
Access/Haulroad
This section of road is the main entrance road running from CR
127 to the office/bathhouse area. It also needs a needs a
relevant showing as described by Rule 4 .03 .1 (1) (d) (ii) .
Waste Pile Access Road
Recent Rule and definition changes now require that this road
be classified as a haulroad. This road begins where it
intersects an un-named portion of road near the inlet to
Pond D. It also needs a relevant showing as described by Rule
4 .03 .1 (1) (d) (i.i.) .
Small section of un-named road
This segment of road runs from Haulroad B west of the Pond D
embankment to the waste pile haulroad. In addition to this
section of road needing a name and label on a map, it needs a
relevant showing as described by Rule 4 .03 .1 (1) (d) (ii) .
Haulroad
This section of haulroad is labeled "Haulroad" on Map 24 and
is compromised from portions of Haulroads A and C, as defined
by the original CYCC certifications. It also needs a relevant
showing as described by Rule 4 .03 .1 (1) (d) (ii) .
-14-
