M-1977-347, Stipulations to the Permit <br />Dear Mr. Benton: <br />During a recent review of the Slab Canyon Quarry file, the Division discovered stipulations that were placed on approval <br />of the amendment application (AM-O1) submitted to the Division on May 26, 1993. Attached is a letter from the <br />Division to Holnam, Inc. regarding the conditions placed on approval of A,bI-O1 during the April 28, 1994 Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board Hearing. <br />The Division could fmd no evidence in our files that any of these stipulations have been complied with by Holnam, Inc. <br />or Holcim (US), Inc. Please review the list of stipulations, and inform the Division as to [heir status.
