Climate and Air Quality <br />The applicant uses best available current technology to <br />reduce dust on roads and to suppress coal dust produced by <br />the coal crusher. The Bear Coal Company is not creating an <br />adverse impact on the quality of the air in the area. <br />Vegetation <br />This action will not disturb the vegetation in the proposed <br />mining plan approval area. No impacts will occur with <br />approval of this mining plan. <br />Wildlife <br />The mining plan approval area does not <br />disturbance. Production levels and the <br />increase. No impacts are anticipated. <br />Based on the assessment of cumulative hydrologic impacts and <br />probable hydrologic consequences of the proposed operations, <br />the mining and reclamation operations will not result in a <br />substantial loss or reduction of long-range productivity of <br />the water supply in the area including aquifers and aquifer <br />recharge areas. <br />Soils <br />No new surface disturbance will occur with this approval. <br />There will be no impact on the soils. <br />12 <br />
