If your company cannot <br />schedule construction during this period, lease do not bid on this project. A Notice of <br />Award will be sent to the apparent low bidder within four (4) days of the bid openi ~: The <br />Division of Minerals and Geology must receive the required ine~rance, bonds and project <br />schedule within fourteen (14) days after the bid openipg. At the expiration of the fourteen <br />days the Division of Minerals and Geology may elect to award the contract to the next <br />lowest bidder. Bidders are advised to keep close contact with DMG during this period. <br />PROJF.GT SC[-IEDULE AND PRF~CONSTRIICTION REQUIREMENTS <br />The project is scheduled for construction between <br />. A schedule of work items to be completed within this time period must <br />be submitted to the PROJECT MANAGER for approval prior to the start of construction. <br />The project schedule shall show time lines of major activities and Bid items, and shall <br />demonstrate the CONT'RACPORS abrlity to complete the project within the allotted time. <br />TIME OF COMPLE170N <br />The time of completion allowed for the project is 30 calendar days after receipt of the <br />Notice to Proceed. <br />LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br />The lit}uidated damages for this project will be 5300.00 per day. Please see "General <br />Conditions", Numbers 9 and 10: <br />BID BOND <br />A bid bond is required for this job. Please see the "General Conditions" Number 4. <br />PERFORMANCE BOND AND LABOR AND MA'rFRr,sr c pAYMF.NT BOND <br />A performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond are required for this job. <br />Please see the "General Conditions" Number 6. <br />THREE-WAY AGREEMENT AND INSURANCE <br />A three way "Agreement for Reclamation Activities" is not required for this job. Please see <br />Number 5 of the "General Conditions" for the applicable incnrance requirements. <br />MINORTTY/WOMEN BUSINESS PARTICIPATYON <br />The sucoessfW bidder is required to complete and return the attached Muwnty <br />(MBE)/Women (RBE) Business Pa~ticapation form before a Purchase Order will be issued. <br />2 <br />
