The reclamation plan describes that the sediment pond will remain <br />during the reclamation period. Map 10, however, indicates that <br />almost all of the reclaimed area will be topographically lower than <br />- the current sediment pond following backfi111ng and grading. Is <br />Terror Creek Company proposing use of an interim pond? If not a <br />~' demonstration should be made as to how drainage is to be directed <br />to and reach the sediment pond. Appropriate maps should be <br />included. <br />~Y1. Terror Creek Company should describe the use of and delineate the <br />location of the light use road contained in the bond calculations. <br />Part II. Bonding <br />Bond calculations were updated using current equipment rental and operating <br />costs and wages. In addition current administrative (indirect) costs have <br />been included. <br />These changes have resulted in a substantial increase in the calculated bond <br />amount. The current bond should be revised or supplemented to meet this <br />amount. <br />
