04/29/02
Unit # 20206 Con't
ment, but with no new cracks found.
The bathroom window has a hole and crack up and down it from
a rock being thrown in it, and the front entry window by the
front door is also cracked, but is also a old one.
The interior walls and ceiling of the house are heavy textured
ceilings with paneled walls and painted over the paneling.
The back entry door has a crack over the center top to the ceil-
ing, nad it is an old one. The bathroom has a crack over the door
as well, and it is an old one as well. The rest of the house is
sound , and with no evidence of cracking other than from the age
of the house.
Unit # 20207; The home has a cinder-block foundation, there was
minor separation on the east side of the house on four of the
blocks where the grout has separated or fallen out from the sur-
face.
The interior walls and ceiling are all tape and textured and
painted. The southeast bedroom has a small closet where the in-
side wall has separated from the ceiling recently, probably in
the last couple of months.
The bathroom east outer wall has also cracked from the top of
the tub to the ceiling as well, and it appears to have done this
within the last month or so as well.
The rest of the house was sound in structure with normal cracks
from aging and very minor at that.
Unit # 20208; This unit also has cinder-block for a foundation,
and the only statement for any separation or cracks is on the
east side of the house having very poor grouting done when it was
built. This will probably be this structures weak point if any
of the unit is effected by anything. Otherwise the whole unit is
sound inside and out, I found nothing in the way of cracking or
separation along the walls or ceiling at this time. The founda-
tion has its normal cracks from age and settlement, but that is
all. The interior walls and ceiling are all paneld and painted or
textured and painted, which will make it easy to spot any move-
ment, if that were to happen.
This concludes the inspection of the housing units on the High
School campus, the following buildings are included in the school
inspection as teaching areas.
High School Shop and Maintenance Room; This building is cinder-
block and stick frame with a concrete slab. The Ceiling is a drop
partition type ceiling. I found no evidence of separation on the
walls other than normal age and settlement cracks which were old
TRINIDAD, COLC~RA00 81D82
Pre-Blast Survey Request, u.sA
Con't
::zll- 719 859 5231
Fax;719-84.9-0421
Home: 719-846-0461
