Pre-Blast Survey Request,
Con't
TRINIDAD, COLORADO 81082
U.SA
veil- 719 859 5231
Fax; 719-845-0421
Home: 719-846-0461
04/29/02
Unit # 20202 Con't
The foundation is clear with the exception of the normal hair-
line cracks found in this age of home.
Unit # 20203; This unit is much the same as all the others, I
found no evidence of structural damage or cracks on the inside
walls or ceiling. The foundation has its normal hairline cracks
in the mortor between the cinder-block, but nothing to indicate
new cracks or shifting from movement of the structure,
The interior walls are all textured and paneling that has fresh
paint, The floors are either carpeting or vinyl covering, with
no cracking or separation on them. The rest of the foundation on
the back side of the house is concrete and in good repair.
Unit # 20204; This home has a concrete foundation with cinder-
block on the northeast side, there was no new cracks or separa-
tions found, other than the normal from settlement.
There is paneling on 2 of the walls in kitchen with the rest of
the house walls and ceilings being textured and painted. There
is two hairline cracks in the kitchen and in the northeast bed-
room which have been there for a while.
All of the floors in the house are covered in vinyl floor cov-
ering, The foudation is cinder-block, with the normal settle-
ment cracks and nothing that is new on that end. All windows and
doors are functional, with no cracked or broken glass noted on
the day of inspection. Stucture is sound with no separations that
were noted on this day as well.
Unit # 20205; This unit has half concrete and cinder-block foun-
dation, I found no evidence of movement or separation in that
area on the day of inspection.
The south wall (exterior) is all glass, and there were no cracks
or areas of separation noted.
The interior walls and ceiling are taped and textured, and
painted. There is concern from the resident on the bathroom door,
which he says is getting harder to open, Also, there is an approx
imately 4 inch wide by 10 inch long bubble that has blown out of
the wall from a crack that started just a few weeks ago.
There is also a leak from the bathroom exterior wall next to the
kitchen ceiling that is leaking from the roof. These leaks have
started in the last month, according to the resident. All of the
cracking and leaks are on the east side of t he house.
I could not find the separation or crack in the roof itself, and
the foundation looks to be in good repair, so wherever the leak
is coming from, it is just starting from a small area.
Unit # 20206; This home has a cinder-block foundation and a con-
crete slab on the southeast side, with a covered patio. There
were no cracks or separations other than normal aging and settle-
Pa 2 of 5
