C~ <br />6 <br />C <br />b. The operator must review and revise as necessary all permits, <br />leaseholds, and other documents. Review by the Division indicates <br />/ that the operator may need to update the MSHA permit, and reinstate <br />the groundwater augmentation plan <br />~/ c. All exhibits and accessory documents (Volume 4) should be updated <br />and reflect the approved dry mine plan (i. e. Section 8). <br />V. Bond <br />~~~~ Rule 3.0 <br />~,, ,v The Division has reviewed the bond document and the original bond calculations <br />u~ ~ on the test pit for CCMC. The bond forms require riders which add the <br />~~ ~~ language contained in Rules 3.02.4(2)(b)(v)(A&B) (for corporate sureties) and <br />3.02.4(2)(d)(vi)(A8B) (for letters of credit) in order to be in compliance. <br />This language is enclosed. Kaiser Corporation must contact the bonding <br />companies and submit the appropriate riders to the Division by <br />October 30, 1986. <br />Review of the bond calculations for the test pit, submitted January 11, 1983, <br />indicates that bonding was calculated for the pit area only. However, costs <br />for reclaiming the existing facilities area, drainage control systems, etc., <br />must also be included. The Division has recalculated the bond necessary for <br />the test pit, and has found that a total of E432,666.44 is required.
