E. Road Drainage Ditches <br />The CONTRACTOR shall regrade the drainage ditches running parallel to <br />and situated on the north and south sides of State Highway 133 for <br />the entire segment of the highway bounded by the working area limits <br />delineated on Exhibit 3A. The shape of the ditches shall be <br />consistent with the configuration of highway ditches situated outside <br />the working area limits, and each ditch shall be maintained in a <br />configuration which provides adequate runoff control at all times <br />during construction. Earth material and other debris which collect <br />in the ditches, and materials which collect on the paved road surface <br />shall be removed promptly by the CONTRACTOR and on a regular basis <br />during construction. <br />5.4 Measurement and Payment <br />No measurement for payment shall be made for drainage control system <br />reconstruction, Payment shall be made for the lump sum bid price established <br />on the bid schedule. The price bid shall include all of the CONTRACTOR'S cost <br />of whatever nature to complete the above described work in accordance with the <br />specifications. <br />-25- <br />
