If the water course of the Arkansas River is altered in <br />that a 404 and/or 401 permit is required, then a copy be <br />provided to the Department of. Planning and Development <br />within 30 days of issuance. <br />3. If the yroundwater surface is broken causing tributary <br />water to evaporate, then the applicant shall provide an <br />augmentation plan acceptable to the Department of <br />Planniny and Development. The applicant is also <br />required to obtain any necessary permits from the <br />Division of Water Resources (aka State Engineer's <br />Office). <br />4. The applicant secure a Highway Access permit from the <br />Department of Highways and proof of such be provided to <br />the Department of Planning and Development within 30 <br />days of issuance. <br />5. If a septic system is installed, the Pueblo City-County <br />Health Department be notified and necessary permits be <br />obtained and provided to the Department of Planning and <br />Development within 30 days of issuance. <br />6. The conditions set forth in the original Special Use <br />Permit No. 570 be complied with. <br />7. Landscaping with trees be installed and maintained along <br />the highway frontage of the property in such a manner <br />that it does not interfere with overhead power lines or <br />other utilities. Landscaping is herein defined as: <br />o minimum number of trees shall be 1 per 25' of <br />highway frontage, excluding approved driveway <br />access width onto Highway No. 50; <br />And for those minimum number of trees: <br />o not less than 758 shall be conifecs (evergreens), <br />and the remaining 258 may be either conifer or <br />deciduous; and <br />o the minimum size for trees shall be 4' in height <br />for conifers and 1 1/2" caliper for deciduous. <br />The landscaping plan shall be reviewed and approved by <br />the Department of Planning and Development prior to <br />installation. <br />o Installation shall be completed within six months <br />(July 28, 1986). <br />
