None of the above revisions increased the reclamation liability for the operations associated with <br />the permit. <br />Stipulations to the Permit <br />There are no current stipulations on the permit. <br />The following is a list of stipulations that have been active during the life of the permit. <br />Stipulation #1 <br />The reclamation standard for newly disturbed azeas will apply to those areas of old mining <br />disturbance which aze to be redisturbed and reclaimed, unless the permittee submits to the <br />Division an approvabie post-mining land use for these areas. <br />Terminated 8/19/1991 <br />Stipulation #2 <br />Within three months of permit issuance, the permittee must submit to the Division new designs <br />allowing for a greater slope on channel A to insure flow through the channel length. The <br />permittee must commit to inspection of the ditch after runoff events to locate areas of excessive <br />erosion. The permittee must also commit to appropriate erosion prevention if needed. These <br />designs must be submitted for Division approval before disturbing any azea at the proposed <br />surface facilities site. <br />Terminated <br />Stipulation #3 <br />The Division requires that the permittee submit an annual hydrologic report by January 15 of <br />each year incorporating 1}bedrock wells and alluviaUcolluvial wells; 2) operational monitoring; <br />and 3) surface water. <br />Terminated 2/21/1997 <br />Stipulation #4 <br />The permittee must at all times supply adequate water for flood irrigation of the alluvial valley <br />floor below the Vulcan Ditch. If, at any time during the irrigation season (May, June, July, <br />August and September) the flow in the Vulcan Ditch drops below 1.6 cubic feet per second, the <br />permittee must receive Division approval, based on a demonstration that the water is not <br />necessary for irrigation of the AVF before using the water in the mining operation. <br />Complied with. <br />Stipulation #5 <br />The permittee shall revise the permit within 120 days of approval to reflect the following <br />requirements: in the case of required changes, below, the permittee must have written approval <br />of the Division prior to the stipulation being satisfied.
