Trapper agreed that the <br />costs [or reclaiming light-use roads were not included in our original estimate. Trapper <br />will show on Map M-fi which light-use reads were, w the best of our knowledge, <br />constructed by Mapper and include scarification and seeding costs for reclamation. <br />7. Runaway Truck Ramps: COMLR and Trapper agree that the arsts Cor reclaiming <br />these few small structures are includal in road grading costs. <br />8. Loose Cubic Yards: COMLR was satisfied with our methodology for determining that <br />the volume oC material in the roads was loose cubic yams subject to resolution of the <br />swc:lifactor. - or.E 1~r~ Cav~.P~~~~'p <br />9. Swell: COMLR and Trapper agree that a properly determined site-specific number for <br />swell will be considered. <br />I~noundments <br />1. D11N Dozers: Trapper will use a D10N dozer with asemi-U blade for the grading of <br />impoundments. <br />2. Triple Shifts: Trapper will use single shifts for impoundment regrading. <br />3. Industrial Waste Pond, Impoundment H: Trapper will include cosLc Cor grading of <br />these two structures. <br />4. Map M-fi: This map will be revised to include inadvertently omittccl structures. <br />5.
