Trapper will determine which <br /> routes will disturb prwious reclamation and add costs [or revegetating these areas. <br />'F 4. Surplus Topsoil: COMLR agreed with Trapper that orphan topsoil stockpiles should <br /> not be redisturbcd. A permanent aced mix will be applied. Trapper agreed to list those <br /> piles that will not be disturbul by final reclamation. <br />5. Swell: Based on Trapper's description of the methodology used far determining topsoil <br /> volumes, COMLR agreed that loose cubic yards were the hasis of the calculation. <br /> COMLR and Trappet agreed a compaction Castor should be added. Trapper agreed to <br /> develop asite-specific compaction number. <br />6. Rolling Resistance: COMLR and Trapper agree Thal rather than using a single rolling <br /> resislence, the route segments should be evaluated individually using 3°k for maintained <br /> roads and 5% in stockpile and laydown ureas. <br />7. Correction Factor: COMLR agrees that a 0.75 correction [actor was applied to the <br /> original work. The final correction factor will be determined subsequent to the <br /> resolution o[ the shifts-perday issue. <br />88c9. Equipment Costs, labor Costs: Trapper will use the equipment and labor costs <br /> proposed by COMLR in the adequacy letter of October 14,1992. <br />Facilities Removul <br />1. ~~o Additional Structures: Trapper will include costs for the removal of the rice shop, <br />substations, silos, storage facility by warehouse, explosives magatines and the dragline <br />repair pad. COMLR and Trapper agreed that henign, buried utilities that will axial <br />under a minimum oC Cour Feet of cover will not be removed. Trapper agreed to provide <br />a list of underground utilities. <br />2. -~ Removing Culverts: COMLR and Trapper agree that costs for removing and disposal <br />of culverts should he included. Trapper will develop a methodology Car calculating thin <br />cost and use it, subject to COMLR review. <br />3. p~Powcr line Removal: Trapper will use the method proposed by COMLR in the <br />adequacy urmments of October 14,1992. <br />4. Ripping and Regrading Facilities Area: Trapper will include coals for ripping the <br />facilities area. <br />5. Testing for Hacardous Material: Trapper will include ursts for this activity using <br />COMLR unit costa ($520 per drum). <br />6.
