Mr. Earl E. Emery 11 June 19, 1991 <br />Officer-in-Charce <br />Leo M. Brausch, P.E., Aemcor's Chief Operating Officer, will be <br />the corporate o ficer-in-charge of this project. In that capac- <br />ity, he will ensure that corporate resources are available as <br />needed to support the project work and supervise project quality <br />control reviews. He will also function as a second point of con- <br />tact between CFSI and Remcor for special issues and concerns re- <br />lated to this project. Mz. Brausch has filled leadership roles in <br />projects to assess, investigate, design, build, and remediate in- <br />dustrial and hazardous waste disposal areas including metals and <br />chemicals sludge lagoons, landfills, and manufacturing plants. <br />Mr. Brausch would provide expert witness testimony in the event <br />that is necessary. <br />Project Manaoer <br />John P. Black, P.E., will be the project manager for this assign- <br />ment and will a responsible for day-to-day direction and control <br />of the work. He will serve as the primary contact with CFiI for <br />all aspects of the project and directly supervise the project <br />team. Mr. Black's specific responsibilities will include: <br />• Organizing and scheduling Remcor's professional and tech- <br />nical staff for the work assigned . <br />Coordinating work of technical advisors and incorporating <br />their guidance into the work plan <br />. • Review of all project products. <br />Mr. Black has extensive experience managing the development and <br />execution of large assessment, design, and implementation projects <br />=.. including construction, operation, and closure of large-scale <br />lagoons and landfills. .His background includes projects where he <br />coordinated the work of varied technical specialists to achieve <br />coherent, usable work products and to solve problems for diverse <br />clients. Mr. Black has extensive experience in landfill design. <br />cap designs, construction management, geotechnical engineering,, <br />ground water modeling, and permitting recuirements. <br />Ground Water Evaluation <br />Lawrence M. Martin, CGWP, P.E. will direct the implementation of <br />the ground water evaluation for this project. Mr. Martin has sig- <br />nificant experience with the design, installation, and operation <br />of ground water recovery wells. Mz.
