Emery 12 June 14, 1491 <br />In this position, Mr. Martin tills two roles as lead design engi- <br />neer for ground water recovery and treatment projects and as the <br />technical contact for Remcor's dewatering subsidiary, Loughney <br />Dewateriag, Inc. (LDI) <br />Mr. Martin will be supported by the following support personael: <br />• Peter D. Swallow will provide office support to Mr. Martin. <br />~~ Mz. Swallow will be responsible for checking all procedures <br />and calculations. <br />Mr. Black will be assisted in the engineering program by the fol- <br />lowing supgort personnel: <br />Daniel Forlastro will be responsible for the civil engi- <br />neering and site design aspects of closures. He will di- <br />rect the preparation of drawings and construction concepts. <br />His experience includes design of closure plans for several <br />hazardous waste facilities and for waste management pro- <br />grams. Mr. Forlastro has provided on-site design engineer- <br />ing services on several projects and has a working knowl- <br />edge of cap construction procedures. <br />• David A. Rykaczewski will plan and assist in developing and <br />checking the conceptual design analyses, layouts, and <br />estimates. <br />SIIMMARY <br />Remcor is most interested in assisting C:'si with this project and <br />trusts this letter proposal satisfies your requirements at this <br />time.
