a. The NYSDEC has filed two claims against the <br />Debtor with respect to the River Road Site: (1) a protective <br />priority/administrative claim in an undisclosed amount for post- <br />petition cleanup costs which claim is contingent upon its right <br />for post-petition cleanup costs from the Debtor being properly <br />considered a claim and, (2) a prepetition unsecured claim for <br />study costs in the amount of $60,000. <br />b. The following potentially responsible parties <br />have filed claims against the Debtor in the following amounts for <br />contribution or indemnity or related theories with respect to the <br />River Road Site: (1) Allied Signal, Inc. filed unsecured claims <br />against both the Debtor and CF6I Fabricators of Utah, an <br />affiliated debtor in the amount of $20,000,000 reserving the <br />right to claim administrative priority status for that amount; <br />(2) Clarence Materials Corp. filed an unliquidated, contingent, <br />unsecured, priority claim against the Debtor in the amount of <br />$10,000,000; (3) L. Matthew Duggan filed a priority claim against <br />the Debtor in the amount of $10,000,000, (4) TRW, Znc. filed an <br />unsecured nonpriority claim against the Debtor in the amount of <br />$10,000,000, (5) Riverside Service Corporation filed a priority <br />claim against the Debtor in the amount of $10,000,000, and (6) <br />General Motors Corporation filed a claim against the Debtor of an <br />unspecified type and in an unspecified amount. <br />9.
