Debtor for amounts incurred or to be incurred by Niagara Mohawk ' <br />in the cleanup of the Cherry Farm Site -- the claim also asserts <br />administrative priority; (3) Riverside Service Corporation has <br />filed an administrative claim against the Debtor in the amount of <br />$10,000,000; and (4) General Motors Corporation has filed a claim <br />against the Debtor in an unspecified amount and of an unspecified <br />type. <br />8. River Road Site. Tonawanda. New York. In 1985, <br />the NYSDEC requested information related to an industrial <br />landfill site (the "River Road" site) located immediately <br />adjacent to the Cherry Farm site in Tonawanda, New York. The <br />River Road site was formerly owned by the Debtor and sold in <br />1966. The Company furnished the requested information and was <br />notified by the NYSDEC that the River Road site constituted a <br />significant threat to the environment. Further, the NYSDEC <br />advised that it had documented a release and/or threatened <br />release of "hazardous substances" as defined by CERCLA. To date, <br />preliminary investigations have been performed by NYSDEC which <br />has asked the PRPs to undertake a remedial investigation of the <br />River Road site. The Debtor has, heretofore, been unable to <br />determine the full extent of its cleanup requirements at the <br />River Road site or the extent of its required participation in <br />cleanup.
