RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> 1. Following MLRO recommendations, Cotter proposes the following seed <br /> mixture for reclamation: <br /> Species N/A <br /> Sand Oropseed 0.5 <br /> Crested Wheatgrass 2.0 <br /> Western Wheatgrass 3.0 <br /> Fourwing Saltbush 3.0 <br /> Galleta 2.5 <br /> Indian Ricegrass 2.0 <br /> Yellow Sweetclover 0.5 <br /> 13.5 <br /> 2. Mulch will be applied to the seeded areas in the following quantities: <br /> hay, crimped (2 ton per acre) or wood fiber ( 1,200 lbs . per acre) <br /> applied with Cotter's hydroseeder. <br /> ( 3. Cotter has experienced no problem with grazing in regard to drill site <br /> reclamation in this area. However, if necessary for good vegetative <br /> cover, the area will be fenced until that is accomplished. <br /> 4. The main portal and emergency escapeway portal will be sealed with a <br /> concrete block wall , backfilled and graded to the natural slope of the <br /> existing topography. <br /> The shaft outlined in the mining plan is the same configuration as the <br /> other vent holes on the property and will be plugged as outlined under <br /> the Reclamation plan (Exhibit E-1). <br />
