Refer to Exhibit C for the roads to be utilized for the two vent holes <br /> located in the NE4 Section 19. These are existing roads but have been <br /> added to the affected area. Exhibit C-1 depicts the road to be used <br /> for the shaft area and waste dump. <br /> To minimize downslope spoiling on any cut and fill slope, a ditch will <br /> be cut on the upper side and waterbars placed at strategic locations <br /> for water and erosion control . The fill areas will be bermed and then <br /> seeded with a good erosion control vegetative cover, such as Stream- <br /> bank Wheatgrass. <br /> During reclamation of the areas , the outside berm material will �e <br /> pulled back into the roadway, and the loose uphill side material will <br /> be pulled down for growth medium. The area will then be scarified and <br /> seeded with the approved seed mixture. <br /> i I <br />
