The permit renewal application (application), dated July 5, 1999, was <br />received by the Division on July 6, 1999. The application was deemed complete on July 16, 1999. <br />Notice of the permit renewal application was published by Eastside in the Glenwood Post on August <br />6, 13, 20 and 27, 1999. A copy of the application was placed on file for public review at the Garfield <br />County Courthouse (Courthouse). The Division notified selected agencies of the application by <br />letters of July 20, 1999. Copies of responses were forwarded to Eastside and placed on file at the <br />Courthouse. An adequacy letter was sent to Eaststde on September 17, 1999. These adequacy items <br />were satisfactorily resolved under an Eastside response of November 2, 1999. A number of <br />additional adequacy items developed, and were identified to the applicant, during continuing review, <br />and were resolved by Eastside. <br />Part of permit adequacy was addressed in Minor Revision 27 to the Permit, initiated concurrently <br />with submission of the permit renewal application. <br />03!06/00 <br />
