Property
outside of the floodplain will be fenced along the perimeter
' with the required chain link fence for security.
13.4.2 Screening - As mentioned in the reclamation plan section
' above, topsoil and overburden stockpiles will be utilized on
the western portion of the property to act as both a visual
' screen and as a noise barrier.
13.4.3 Landscaping -There will not be a formal landscape plan for
' the subject property. The reclamation plan, as submitted
and approved by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
' Board will be the base document for re-vegetation of the
subject. The reclamation plan was designed to re-establish
' vegetative types indigenous to the property and to promote
the end-use of water storage reservoirs. Should the western
' most portion of the property be available for rural residential
development after mining and reclamation is completed, a
' landscape plan for that specific use will be submitted.
' 13.5 Building bulk, height, setback, and external appearance - No
buildings are being proposed for the subject properties.
1
Brighton Mine Conditional Use Permit 16 20007WD
' CAMAS Colorado, INC.
